id for sure say he would in 2021 but he is losing some big time WR's...i believe if he has the confidence Burrow has and can get the timing with the WRs he very well could be 2nd all time passing and Tds in a season...
bigger question is going to be...will it be enough to make it top 4. I think so if the D shows up this year like they did at the end of the year
