Is this their path to the legalized Epstein paradise?

As it currently stands girls have to get guardian consent and they aren't fond of parents taking "my body, my choice" away.

So the question stands, if a pregnant 13 year old is legally considered to have full control of her body, does that open the door to legalizing consent for any woman capable of pregnancy?

You pretty much have at 13... What's left 11 and 12?

I just dont see any way you give any person capable of carrying pregnancies full autonomy no matter the age. This obviously begs the question whether or not they can consent to sex.

In fact, an abortion is a FAR more complex and life impacting decision than sex. The sex is easy.

Unlike boys, a girl's puberty can be triggered by early weight gain. The body gets a signal 'OK, this one is big enough to carry a baby.' That's why there have been sexually active 10 year old girls who have gotten pregnant (Mexico seems to have quite a few).
So, in a K-12 school Mommy and child are students there at the same time.

I think it should be legal to abort 80-year old fetuses representing San Francisco.
