Lake Harding in Alabama question.

No,not planning a trip LOL.

I partially inherited a house there.Great lot with almost 2 acres and 900 ft of water front and I'm thinking of just buying and possibly flipping.The house itself is a tear down and I'd obviously have to build from ground zero.

Just trying to get a feel for the market in the area.Valley is the closest town and a dump along with Lannett but I know real estate is pretty hot in the Opilaka-Auburn area and I have noticed some very nice tear downs-builds very close to me on the lake.

Already have a builder and architect lined up but I would need to turn it around pretty quick.

I'm assuming the Auburn baws might have the best insight.

I really like Harding, but the real estate there isnt like what it is on Martin...just a different crowd. I feel like the target audience on harding isnt the million dollar crowd (even though there are definitely a handful of those there).

What part of the lake is your property on?
