Dropped Cincy one spot so they would stay in top 20. Moved Wisconsin up 4 spots to get them back into top 10, with the mighty Penn st. Bama loses by a FG on the road in rivalry game and drops 7 spots. Conveniently LSU only has one top 10 win now. They are sick of SEC and Clemson in finals. Setting it up to make dam sure they eliminate one of them right away and spoon feed a Big 10 team into the finals. Absolutely rediculous what the playoff selection has become !!

The amount of big 10 teams in the top 15 is ridiculous and just goes to show their agenda is to be able to justify keeping OSU at 1 since their “complete team” bullshite is done

A 2 loss Cincy was never falling behind App State or 4 loss USC.

The bottom on the rankings are garbage.

Anybody supporting the committee concept before it's inception was very misinformed.

If you didn't think that the cigar smoking jackasses were going to rig the selection, well the reality may hit home soon enough.

A fair, agreed upon set of metrics chosen by all division 1schools that include division champions, strength of schedules, and perhaps an expanded playoff field would eliminate the nonsense.

The metrics should be discussed, debated, and voted on by all the potential participating schools.

There is nothing wrong with a computer selecting the playoff field.

Just make sure the inputed variables and metrics give all schools a fair chance.

A 4 loss USC team and App State would beat Cincy though

WWE is more legit than the rigged CFP committee.

Don't worry about Cincinnati, Memphis might be the best non-Power 5 team in the country and will beat them again this week by double digits

You are looking at this wrong.

Bama dropped 7 spots because they were ranked highly so there are several good teams behind them.

Cincy has complete shite behind them. The bottom 20-25 aren’t even deserving of being ranked. There was nowhere for them to go.

LSU is going to have 3 top 10 wins and 4 top 11 after next week, OSU will have 1 top 10 and 3 top 14.

LSU is going to jump OSU and be #1. The committee has always stressed their rankings are fluid and teams can be jumped even when they win. Just like OSU jumped us when we both won, LSU will jump OSU when we beat #4 in a de facto road game.

Everyone is bitching for nothing.

Here are your final rankings:

1. LSU 13-0
2. OSU 13-0
3. Clemson 13-0
4. OU/Baylor 12-1
5. Utah 12-1 (or drop to 9 with a loss and bump everyone up 1 spot)
6. Georgia 11-2
7. Florida 10-2
8. Penn State 10-2
9. Baylor/OU 11-2
10. Auburn 9-3

11. Alabama 10-2
12. Oregon 10-2
13. Wisconsin 10-3
14. Michigan 9-3

What is a joke is the people clamoring for an 8 or 16 team playoff. Never in any year was a team ranked in the teens worthy of a shot at the title.

Even 8 is stupid but at least then you can just take conference champs, a mid major, and a couple of wild cards.

Bama at 12? Wisconsin and Penn State in the top 10? Lmao. Bama would be favored by double digits over both, that's a fact. Auburn would be favored over both as well.

I guess they think they are fooling people, but we all knew that they were going to prop up those teams in order to justify Ohio State. Wisconsin lost to illinois for crying out loud.

Was coming to post the exact same words. Putting OSU ahead of LSU is bad enough but not totally ridiculous.

Putting Wisconsin ahead of UF, AU, and Bama is just about the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Does anyone honestly think that Wisconsin stands a chance agaisnt any of those SEC teams?

And Penn State ahead of AU and Bama is just as ridiculous.

PSU and Wisky would get dismantled by those 3 SEC teams. Fricking absurdity.

Will the college football playoff selection committee award the trophy to LSU if they win all of their remaining games?
