The top 3 receivers in the entire SEC are*:
Moss -88.9%
CEH - 86.49%
Jefferson - 85.5%
CEH is an RB. But in LSU's offense he is definitely a receiver, IMO.

No attempt is made to determine "drops" or "inaccurate" passes

Targets. I don't think a target has to be a catchable pass. Some passes are batted down, intercepted, overthrown, knocked down by your own teammate (i assume Marshall probably gets the target on that pass Chase knocked away, intercepted, etc.
This stat is as much of a QB/WR tandem stat than anything. Have to have an accurate QB + good hands to be high on the list.
