Penalized 7 yards passed the sticks for 10 yards....

Holding during a run is 10 yards from the spot of the foul. Replay the down.

Ahh- so he was correct when he said replay the down. I thought he had changed that.

if a holding call happens down the field... the 10 yards are marked from the spot of the foul
since MT13 was holding 17 yards down field... the 10 yards are marked from there
and the Saints get the down back like any other holding call
