You’re only knock on the guy is Fouls which is an issue, but I don't think he’ll be playing enough minutes to foul out.

And you can’t argue that he would develop more with the team than with the G-League team. Nothing prepares you for the NBA like playing with NBA players every day.

And to add on to that, Favors will be the starter and probably Okafor will be the backup to start. Okafor had games last year where he had 3 fouls in the first quarter. While Okafor is more developed Offensively than Hayes, Hayes is the better defender. If Hayes end up getting more minutes than Okafor and become the backup center, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone
