9/11 host country manufacturing bombs with U.S. tech

15 of the 19 9/11 hijackers were Saudi. The Saudis also continue to use indiscriminate bombing in Yemen that has resulted in massive casualties. The Saudis are supposed to be our "allies" in the middle east, but how is it in the United States's interest to trust them with this tech?
