Everyone I call says next available appointment time is months away. WTF?
Is there a place I can go that will see me the same day or at least the next? Not Urgent Care, a PC.

Sounds urgent. Maybe you should see the primary care physician at the Urgent Care center.

Dr Orgeron is really good and I think has openings pretty frequently.

Not to kick you while you are down, but how about not waiting until you have to see one immediately. Get in with one through normal channels and then once you are their patient, you can get in same day without stressing.
