I more or less started an identical thread about a month ago. There is no release date yet and Ozark S3 has not started filming yet. It is in pre-production and Bateman stated at a recent showbiz event it will start filming in "several weeks". That means a likely May start for filming with an October finish. I'd predict it will come back around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. That makes sense given a lot of people sit down and binge watch at that time. It has to drop in 2019 or it will not be eligible for awards in 2020. Julia Garner and Laura Linney are both currently filming other projects. As an Ozark junkie, that's all I know. I can't cite a link but go to Deadline Hollywood, search Ozark and you will get a taste of the plot line for S3.
It's likely Ozark will get a number of nominations for the Emmys this year, hence the Deadline Hollywood piece.

In my earlier post someone posted a picture of the crew working on the Langmore trailer. This was about two weeks ago so I assume Ozark will start filming soon.
