There’s been plenty I’d complaints about him. Most if them invalid. One of the primary ones being “why does he just want to kill everyone there must be more than that”-that is the entire reason he was created amateur Reddit wannabe film critic.
My question is why did the WW turn on the children?

We’ve been told “winter is coming” since S1. It came and went on one night. What a whimper.

Bran warmed into a wight and sent Arya flying with a catapult.

Be OP
Assert that anyone not satisfied with the surface level explanation regarding the motivations of the main supernatural anatagonist in the show is just a whiney neckbeard
Also be unsatisfied with the surface level explanation that the children merely lost control of said anatagonsit
Profit

They needed the White Walkers to kill a few of the main characters.

I wanted more from the NK. Would have been great if he and Jon had a sword fight before he raised the dead.
And I need more background. I get why he was created, but why did it take so long for him to come south? Why event made them build the wall in the first place and how did everyone forget? Why were the WW pretty useless in the show?
And Bran?! What the hell is he and what was he doing and what’s he gonna do?!

The question I have regarding the WW is what happened to crasters son who changed into one in the earlier seasons?
Any chance NK left him as the heir and are not linked together thus leaving a survivor?
