POTUS is so right, these subhumans walk amongst us despite being in the country illegally, having lengthy criminal records and, lo and behold, not complying with previous deportation orders. This one actually worked with a vile 'community organization' that receives taxpayer funding.

'During processing, Cruz-Rosa told authorities he had most recently worked as an "election canvasser" for CASA de Maryland, a job he reported to have held for four months. The publicly-funded agency — which provides advocacy and assistance for both legal and illegal immigrants — has confirmed if did indeed employ Cruz-Rosa, but only "very briefly.”'
'This is the second time in four months that an alleged criminal living in the country illegally was found to have ties to CASA. In January, a known MS-13 associate was convicted of having sex with a 14-year-old human trafficking victim and filming the encounter. Felix Silva-Zuniga, 52, of Wheaton, went on to use that video to blackmail the teen into more sexual meetups, prosecutors would reveal in court.'
In Fiscal Year 2019, Montgomery County provided CASA with $608,830 in taxpayer-funded community grants. A county employee noted that the figure excluded any "direct contacts" CASA has with individual county agencies.

In Aug. 2008, a judge issued Cruz-Rosa a departure order, but ICE says the El Salvadoran native "failed to comply." Cruz-Rosa is also a charged in a Nov. 2018 assault/shooting case at the Wheaton Mall.

he has lived at his Hyattsville address in Prince George’s County with his mother for the last 14 years.
He's been here illegally for at least fourteen years and has a lengthy criminal history. Fourteen! The "often arduous" process of deporting him began in 2008, 11 years ago. It's ridiculous that he wasn't shipped out the minute the judge said deport. None of them ever self-deport.
