Question about external hard drive and multiple Xbones.

I’m thinking about upgrading my Xbox one to and Xbox one X. I have an external hard drive. If I put all my games on the external hard drive, is that all I have to do? It can’t be that easy right?

It is that easy. I believe they have a set up option for moving to the One X. If you want to keep the game on the xbox you will need to transfer/duplicate it from HDD to the Xbox Hard Drive. But yes it is very easy.

The new xbox is rumored to be released next year, may want to hold off on buying a one x. Or you can wait and probably get an x on sale if that's what you really want.

I would say the new xbox will be post E3/Holiday Season 2020. If you want an X get an X. I would assume there will probably be good trade deals for the X. And it's so much better than the OG One.
