iPad Keyboard Lag

Recently, I find that I must do a hard reset every few days, as a result of increasing keyboard lag. This was not a problem until the last few months.
Anyone else? Any idea why?

Might just want to wipe the whole thing and start from scratch, just so much easier these days since everything should be backed up in the cloud.
