Baseball tickets

I have never bought baseball tickets before (I know, I suck) but I'm looking into getting some this weekend and have a few questions for anyone willing to help me out.
I'm bringing a family of five (kids 3,6,9), and it looks like on the LSU website everything is sold out except for "grandstand standing only." I'm assuming that means you have to stand up the whole time and that's not an option. I went on stubhub and saw some outfield bleacher tickets but they seemed a little pricey.
Any other suggestions as to getting tickets that include a place to sit? TIA

This is the ticket exchange board. Tell them you're looking for 5 tickets, other than that Stubhub is your best bet.
If you're going on Sunday (possibly Saturday because of the basketball game) you'll be able to buy 5 standing room only tickets and practically sit in any open spots.
Opening night that's not really an option.

Thanks, I posted to the ticket exchange.
Question, if I buy standing room only tickets for the Saturday game (Army) will we easily find a place to sit in the bleachers or elsewhere?

Normally, I'd say yes. Two things working against you.
1) Its opening weekend
2) We play UT in basketball so i bet a lot of people will go to both games. Also 5 spots is alot.

They play UGA not UT.

LSU plays away this Saturday and thus most people will be at home watching the game vs a home game where people try to do both.
