I have began doing one 24 hour fast per week. I'm not full blown Keto, but I use some keto methods. And guess what? It's working for me. Why people feel the need to throw their exact methods on others, and pretend it is the only thing that will work, baffles me.

Because you can’t do keto forever. It’s short term at best.
Bottom line..you can’t outwork a shitty diet. Work hard in the gym and eat very healthy. Stop eating shitty simple carbs. Cut the cookies, sodas, fast food and you’ll see results.
