5:15 hour layover in Lisbon - venture out?

Looking at flights for a September honeymoon in Italy. The best price/itinerary I'm seeing for the outgoing trip is Dulles --> Lisbon --> Florence. We live in Richmond.
The flight into Lisbon arrives at 10:45a and leaves at 4:00p (getting into Florence around 7:00p).
Does this give me enough time to get out of the airport and into Lisbon for an hour or two? We've been to Lisbon, so I am familiar with the airport and the general travel time to the city. We wouldn't be looking to do a bunch of stuff, just find a place for lunch and maybe hit a miradour for a cheap sagres so we don't have to stay in the airport for 5 hours.
I think we could do it, but it might be tight/hectic. Just looking for other opinions.
Thanks!

That's pretty tight. I'm not sure I'd risk it considering that in my experience Lisbon is one of the more confusing airports I've been to. Everything from the Uber pick up/drop off spot to the 2 different terminals, getting to the security checkpoints, etc. Other than that I thought it was really nice and had a lot of shops and restaurants to keep you occupied. The TAP lounge was really nice. That being said, Lisbon is the shite (as you know) and you might have time to go grab a quick bite at Time Out Market or somewhere you don't have to rely on the service to be quick. If you leave, just make sure you know exactly where you're supposed to be when you come back.

Sounds too tight of a time schedule for my comfort.
Is it on TAP? You can do a free overnight layover in Lisbon if it is, that may be worth doing.

We had a 9 hour layover in Lisbon that got cut short because the flight from Newark was delayed.
I don't remember the exact time we landed, but my first picture on my phone is from 8:40am at Praça do Comércio and our flight out was 235pm. So we probably had somewhere around a 6.5 hour layover. And we had PLENTY of time in my opinion.
Obviously it was too short and we want to go back now, but it was nice to walk some of the city for about 3-4 hours. If I remember correctly, we headed to the airport about 2 hours before our flight to be safe and had no problems. Security was a breeze for us and we had time to grab a bite to eat at the airport since we had just been snacking during the morning.
If all you're really only making a stop or two, I would think 5 hours is fine if your arrival is on time.

That sounds too tight to me. Unless you really know the airport or city well, not worth the risk. I would be too anxious the entire time to enjoy anything. By the time you get off the plane and out of the airport and into an Uber, how much time will you have before you need to return again? And remember you have to go back through security so you probably need to be back a couple of hours before the flight. I just wouldn't do it.
