I've been pretty impressed with the lack of leak.

Surrounding details on this DW decision. Aside from the shite rumors around here, its pretty cool that either everyone has a tremendous amount of respect for DW40, or that up to this point, even he really doesn't know what he wants to do.

I think he's just not going to announce and roll into it like he was planning on staying the entire time.

A press conference or announcement is much bigger for momentum of the program. He is the defacto leader of this team. Him staying speaks volumes and is a huge moment for LSU football in comparison to the amount of early departures we have had over the last 10 years.
Still want whats best for him and his either way.

Honestly, I feel like him not saying a damn thing and missing the announcement deadline is better. It's like him making a statement that you are supposed to come back your senior year and finish school and finish with your team. That it shouldn't be a big drawn out extravagant event when you declare early.

Devin handled his announcement to accept LSU's football scholarship the same way: no leaks, "sauces" or stories, just the official announcement when he was ready.
