re: Friday Injury Report Update

After Friday's practice (if you play Sunday) the league requires teams to give a status on players that may not play because of injury.

If they are probable, no injury status needs to be listed (they did away with the probable tag a few years back as it was pointless 99% of the time).

So that means everyone on our side except for Cobbs is probable.

How much they practiced during the week has no bearing on game status (from a paperwork standpoint; from a physical standpoint it obviously has some affect).

I believe teams are required to give updates throughout the weekend before game time, but rarely do teams upgrade a player from questionable to no status (the old probable) as to keep the other team guessing.
