Squirrel Run Closing (New Iberia)?

Well...... There is an interested party who is running the club right now and the agreement with ownership was that they would get through March and determine if they wanted to sign an "official" lease agreement. However, ownership is pushing them to sign early.....Homeowners are not happy....just stating what I know at this point.....Hopefully this closing doesn't happen. It would be another blackeye for Iberia parish businesses....

All 18 holes are open! Course is in great shape! Greens are quick! It’s just wet. This weekend should be great weather!

All of woods... That’s the back 9.... steeple 1,2,3, went back to the original #4.... steeple 9 is #5... plantation 3,4,8,&9 are 6,7,8,&9

I guess the grandson stole so much and spent so much on drugs, they are unable to recover from it.

Well......Perry has backed out of leasing the course and is placing Tootie back in charge. In the last week, 10-15 members have dropped their membership and they are cutting back on the hourly employees. They let go a couple of guys who worked part time in the golf shop. Some things don’t change when is comes to ownership at squirrel Run.

Squirrel Run is still open! There should be a deal in place for a lease in about 4 weeks.....

According to people talking, the Chitamacha group is drawing up papers to lease the club. It will take approximately 6 weeks.... Club is still open!!!!! Also, Abbeville CC is reopening in the fall....
