PSA order processing?

Anyone else order some black Friday stuff from PSA and waiting on it to be shipped? It's been going on two weeks now for me and still have some stuff waiting to be shipped. I'm a little nervous because some are Christmas gifts for friends and family.

A good friend of mine ordered their upper and lower AR deal that was posted here. He got his upper in about a week. Had asked him Sunday about his lower, still a no show.

They’re usually pretty fast for me. Assuming they just got slammed.

Delivered all my stuff. Two separate orders. Everything from uppers, and guts all the way to armorer wrench. One of my uppers was delivered before they even had a delivery ticket.

Shows my lower was deliever to my ffl yesterday and I called on the rest this am. She said it was gathered for shipping and should go out in the next day or two

Mine came in scattered over 2 weeks. Lower came quick. Upper a day behind it. They didn't post shipping information on the other 2 items but they eventually came it.
Haven't shot it yet but it seems well built. Everything fit together without any problems.

I've never had any issues dealing with them. However, whenever you order anything from them on any of their holiday sales you can expect much longer than normal processing times.
Sometimes they run out of the product you ordered and you'll have to wait for more to come in or they'll offer a refund. It's just a matter of supply and demand and on these special sales, there's always more demand than supply.
Just have to be patient. Especially if u try to call their customer service number.

I ordered a middy upper a few years ago. It took over 3 weeks and they sent it to me with a carbine length gas tube. Took another 3 weeks or so to get my refund.
The best thing to do is post in their industry forum on AR15.com. They have a rep who's usually quick to respond.
