You only need 2. And they'd certainly be fine with just 9.

City Park has more potential than Webb

I agree. But you can sell off a portion of city park's course to finance it.

This is BREC we're talking about. They'll sell off City Park and then some basketball gym will pop up in the middle of Scotlandville and be the new home to shootings n shite.

I think Dunes Club esque is Sweetens Cove esque. But I agree that it would have to be a really good layout, we'll maintained, and fun.

Get rid of foot golf at city park, and make it a walk only course. And get it back to the shape it was in right after the renovation 10 years ago.

Punching the entire course at City Park would do wonders for it.

suppose. I'm not sure you can call it all grass though.

Played it last week.

Greens have Bermuda grass and are in okay shape compared to what it was. It was really wet the day I played and they weren’t cut so they were very slow.

Fairways had a lot of unwanted grasses.

The only way to do that is make it more expensive, they want to play the perceived “nice course” that’s the big problem with Santa Maria. If Santa was 120 dollars it would probably be in better shape and a more enjoyable experience

Agreed. But I'd say it should be about $85 weekend with some play all day specials mixed it.

Santa Maria definitely needs to raise prices. If nothing else it should raise them for out of Parish players.

It also needs to manage course time better. If course time was managed better there is no reason it could not be an $80 - $90 course on Saturdays.
