6. New Orleans Saints

2017 record: 11-5

The Saints went 11-5 this past season and had a team that featured the second-most snaps from rookies. Those rookies -- which included Alvin Kamara and Marshon Lattimore -- could continue to improve and make an impact in 2018. And assuming Drew Brees does return (he's a pending free agent), the Saints could be the team to beat in the NFC.

barring injuries and having a good draft, we will be the team to beat in the NFC along with Philly.

The NFC is going to be tough next year. Obviously philly, Rodgers back from injury in Green Bay, the Vikings probably won't be as good but still a great defense, Dallas with a full season of zeke, Carolina and Atlanta division so tough games always. With that said, we should be the cream of the crop if we stay healthy and play to our potential.

Super Bowl or bust

I'm hoping our schedule is this
week 1 Sunday night at Minnesota
2-monday night home against eagles
3-at falcons
4-home panthers
5-Thursday night at Baltimore
6-home against steelers
7-home against redskins
8-at bengals
9-home Tampa
10bye
11-home rams
12thanksgiving at dallas
13-at Carolina
14-at newyork
15-home clevland
16-home Sunday night atlanta
17-at Tampa

this schedule would be brutal and I feel like the nfl will do this to us . either we playoff bound by week 10 or we win our first game week 14 or 15. either way our opponents this year is murders row.

4. Minnesota Vikings

There’s no fricking way they repeat the same type of performance from this past year...with or without Keenum.

barring injuries

Saints are good for at least 1 level of the defense to have significant injuries. For a couple years it was the secondary. This past year it was LBs. We better stock up on DL because they probably get the rash next year.

Can't say I'm surprised.

Even with Philly's starter getting healthy next year, these national writers always think New England is the best.

I just hope the rookies avoid the sophomore slump that so many that burst onto the scene have.

Just look at Dallas. Prescott and Zeke were quite ordinary (with or without the suspension) compared to 2016.

Damn the NFC is so much better than the AFC the last few years. There's maybe 2-3 AFC teams that are really good and there's about 8-9 NFC teams that should be good next season.

Its been this way for a while. No one notices because its usually Tom Brady vs Big Ben/Peyton Manning in the AFC Championship game. No one notices teams 3-6 in the playoffs because they never had a chance until recently.

Think the last time the NFC truly was the "worse" conference was 2010
