Sounds like he came in late and will have the full attention of the staff tonight, and is supposed to meet again on Sunday. This guy is a huge priority for the staff.

He is being given the 3 C Tour.

Cash
Cars
Coeds

Not necessarily in that order.

Hope this helps,

I wouldn’t get too excited about him. His brother is an Aggie

Jalen Curry and Grant Gunnell will probably go to the same school. LSU is a strong contender for both because the QB has A&M 1, but Curry isn't hot about them and the WR has FSU #1 but Gunnell isn't crazy about FSU. LSU could easily be the compromise that allows both to be teammates in college.

He isn't going there, I would worry more about Arkansas.

Cannot imagine ruining my life by trying to follow a high school friend to a school...time to be a man and forge your own path

Insiders were reporting that the staff is feeling good about Gunnell. Also said having Faulk at Junior Day was a huge success.

Gunnell is committed to A&M but I wouldn't say he has them number one. I'd say us and Arkansas are tied at the top with us having the most momentum at the moment

Faulk is gonna be a big time recruiter to whatever extent he's allowed to do that in his current role. Maybe he can get on field position soon. He is such an asset to have on staff

Kev Faulk is perfectly positioned at LSU. He's the first guy they see on campus and the last one they see when he leaves. In between he flashes his SB rings and some pics of his buddy Tom Brady in a Kevin Faulk jersey. He's going to be the guy who makes sure their head is on right, going to the right classes and do what it takes to be a champion...

A champion just like Kevin Faulk.

I think we get Gunnell. Army only worries because of the Morris offense rep. I know the ties but they didn't matter before so need to now.

Honestly I'd have Faulk in the road staff now but I get the angle they are playing. How could he be anything but an asset. LA born , LSU bred and rings with the only organization of winners this generation of kids know. Great move by O

He was at the TCU junior day last weekend before the Ford Player of the Year banquet. Today, he and Jalen Curry are the only two out-of-state prospects at the LSU junior day. They just arrived while the 13 in-state players have been there all day.

Arkansas is still the team to worry about the most IMO but A&M would probably prefer he not be in Baton Rouge.
