1. The day of the election they were all world renowned economists and KNEW the US was finished.
2. Before the inauguration they all KNEW he was guilty of collusion and a TRAITOR.
3. During the tax debate....they all KNEW that you keeping more money from your work would kill you and millions others.
4. Today they are all doctors and know the actual doctor is lying.

Progressives played themselves today . They really did . I think many have arrived at a Fundamentalist level of psuedo- religious zealotry that is not dealing very well with being challenged, let alone losing the argument and power. So it’s just blindly lashing out, all the while becoming more toxic and repulsive. It’s the Crack-Up of Progressivism in living color every day, a very public Nervous Breakdown.

Unlike established religion with thousands of years of formality to lay upon... their new religion is shown a failure.

Psychologically , this has all the hallmarks of a collective nervous breakdown. They are feeding off each other’s negative energy and elevating every single aggravation into the greatest single moral question facing mankind. For Progressives It has become religious in nature, it’s a moral struggle, good versus evil , fighting for the soul of humanity. When it reality it’s just a policy dispute about immigration, one of a hundred disagreements.

And get this - their CENTRAL organizing principle is demonstrating psychological discomfort. They identify as a group by acting irrationally and using the language of moral zealots . As they get drawn further into the group they get further and further away from basic psychological normalcy. They have gone from “ I disagree “ to “I have tears of rage” - with no sense that that is a bridge too far . Again- because it is now religious in nature to them.
