I got accosted by LDWF for not having a fricking kill lanyard on my outboard once and this dude can admit to shooting seals in California as an illegal allien with a federal record and not get shite for it.

Shits fricked up.
I use to dive for mussel shells, I made a damn good living at that.
One time though,I found a place where a really big coon,or muskrat had piled some shells up under a tree,I walked up there and got them.
Game warden was waiting on me,he fined me for having a lot of small shells,even though they were already dead and empty. It cost A LOT of money.
