Can any of you add to this list of things to do while in Oxford...
1) the grove on GameDay for tailgating
2) the square to go out to bars
I don’t know much at this point but I was told last weekend my a UM Alum to get to the square early to get arm bands to get in the bars.
We’re staying at the Hilton Inn Oxford Conference on Ed Perry, so I think we’re in a good location. Thanks!
I was hoping to know the best bars and restaurants in the city

I would recommend you take the time to get out to Taylor's Grocery. Big Bad Breakfast is good but has a wait. They have just opened a"Lost Pizza Company". I am looking forward to this weekend really think it is going to have a good vibe.

Ajax, while probably packed, is good eats for the dollar. Located on the Square.
City Grocery has a good bar upstairs and a good restaurant downstairs though a bit pricey. Also on the Square.
Big Bad Breakfast is a local favorite, but next door they also have the Snack Bar for not breakfast stuff and it's pretty damn good too. It's up Lamar just a little ways from the Square.
Oxford has changed a lot since I was last up there, so I might be missing some stuff.
