Plenty in the area, restaurants fail if they lack something good that people want to eat.

That area is all residential, and as LL said, nobody stays on that side of town. Everybody travels to eat. Not to mention that the average household income of that area has to be dropping at a frightening pace.

location, getting to that part of town is sometimes a struggle. Isn't construction still going on? Saying that people will drive in BR if the food, service, and price are all in line.
