Potential NFC South Shakeup from Coaching Hires

Would love to see staff shakeups throughout the division. Kyle Shanahan looks destined for a HC gig now. Mike Smith TB DC has been mentioned as a possibility. And a few years back Sean McDermott is who I wanted to see as DC here. Now the Carolina DC, he might be at the HC hire point. With the success all of them have had in the division it should only be better if they were gone.

I think Mike Smith is a solid HC.
If I were Jacksonville or LA, I would take a long look at him.

Haven't heard much about replacing our recently terminated position coaches. Any insight or thoughts who are suitable/available replacements?
