Want to get some hot boudin for the parade tomorrow.
But, I don't want to drive to Jerry Lee's from SBR in the wee hours.

Any recommendations on a place to go? I will need to be open no later than 7am.

TIA

Alexanders market on Perkins usually has some in the hot case near the deli. It's pretty good.

I keep trying this boudin trying to figure out whats wrong with it.... they don't use enough rice i think is the problem. its always a little dry. flavor is definitely different than boudin from the acadiana area. more like a fresh pork sausage flavor.
