He keeps the ones who are worth it. See Sam Pittman who Bama tried to hire away last year. He had the ability to pay whatever he needed to keep him.
Partridge had a chance to return home and be a head coach there was no keeping him.

Randy Shannon and Sam Pittman have both been offered other jobs and 2Beez opened up the wallet to keep them. That wouldn't have happened at Wiscy
