They ran a half assed pick and roll and instead of Jrue just attacking the rim (which was the actual 2nd option) he bails out to one of the guys standing in the corner. Was the freaking weave not originally available? Weak play call.

How can anyone blame the fricking coach when one of our best shooters had a look with no one in his zip code?

Some of you guys just don't understand basketball. They ran the pick and roll which AD was not open on. Jrue attacks the rim, which in this situation is the best possible option, and once he sees he doesn't have a good look he passes it to the wide open 3pt shooter.

Like what more would you have wanted them to do?

Not run the same exact play that the defense has seen 5 times in the last few minutes?

Jrue should have taken the shot.

Eh, I'm just frustrated and half drunk. And I'll never like a 3 in that situation but it did almost drop. Oh well

maybe, but I'd rather Eric Gordon take the shot in general.

The play was executed well, that was probably the best look they were going to get in that situation. With the number of layups that they've been missing lately it wasn't a bad option to pass it to the open Gordon. Also, refs are inclined to swallow the whistle at the end of games, unless it's a superstar with the ball.

It was a legit play that was executed properly until the shot didn't go in.
