Yep UGA scores on that 90+ yard play, the crowd gets quiet (in disbelief) during the play, then starts chanting and getting louder and louder right after UGA scores. Mark Richt and some UGA players had this "WTF is going on?" look on their faces. They were shocked at the crowd's reaction. It was awesome!
No doubt. Tiger Stadium fvcking did work that day.

Nothing was worst than Trev Alberts bashing LSU all year and how Georgia was going to handle us in the SEC Championship Game.

I was there and I agree. I think it was the craziest game I have ever seen. I never seen the fans as passionate and behind their team that day. The most memorable moment was after Georgia's 95 yard Td, the fans started chanting lsu lsu lsu! It was a message that we were not going to quit and we are not backing down. Before that day it would have been groans, " here we go again" "way to blow it" "I'm getting rid of my tickets"
That Mauck Td was amazing.
I remember going back to the tailgate and feeling the same as my friends; we felt like we actually played in the game. We were drained, fatigued, and exhausted. We left it all inside the stadium.
And I remember people saying for the first time that a 230 game was fun.

It was the best game I've ever seen the Tigers play away from home.
We stayed after the game for almost an hour celebrating in the stadium. The fans all gathered in the end zone seats and had a good old time.

Yup, everyone thought the 2:30 kickoff was a death sentence.
Carey was a BEAST in that game.

This one was probably the turning point for our tigers to become elite.
