Judge, I don't have a Sig 938, but I do have a Kel-Tec PF9; dimensionally, they're very similar. I frequently pocket the PF9 during the summer/spring. Using a back pocket holster (LINK ), it fits the cargo pockets of most cargo shorts and the front pockets of some dress pants. OTOH, regardless of whether it does or doesn't print, the combo is not well suited for rear pocket carry for me; it will barely fit in the rear pocket of some shorts, but even then the fit is too tight for me to be able to reliably and quickly access the grip of the gun. W/ the above holster, the panel can be removed if you want, but I usually just leave it in place. Using a holster like this, you can carry it in your front pocket or rear pocket, whichever you prefer.
