Deal With It gif assistance please(gif added)

I have narrowed it down to the spot I want deal with it added to. The only problem I had was freezing it when it zoomed in at the end. I think that would be the best place to put the deal with it then stop it before it goes to the next frame. This is about as far as my computer knowledge will take me b/c I didn't know how to set it by the milli second. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

I've been messing with it on gifsoup but I can't get it to stop right where it zooms in on him. The close up would be the best spot for the deal with it. I've actually shortened it up to that point but every time I click create it just sits there.

There is this one as well. Maybe deal with it could be added when he is talking and then it will stop when the shades and stache drops.

Thanks man. It took me 2 days just to get it to that point. It would've been 2 months for me to add words to it.
