I had been told Bower was all LSU a day or two before, told my dad about it with some doubt, apologized for giving him the bad info when they said he faxed his LOI to Florida, then got 100% trust from my dad on my source because it worked out LSU's way. He said I shouldn't doubt the guy next time.

I think sources are all timing related, whether its a family member, HS friend, or serve in some capacity on the LSU team. I'm sure a new crop of guys who have sources will come and go each year. Where's DMitch? Where's BTBAT?
