I got my hands on some backstrap and wanna do the bacon wrapped/cream ch/jalepeno thing...is there any need to marinate the meat before hand?

I am also thinking about frying some too.

If you fry it pound it with a tenderizer and do it like you would chicken fried steak. You only need to fry it about 3 minutes.

If you like venison why marinate it to make it not taste like venison? Just wrap em and grill them up. They jalapeno and cream cheese will cover any will taste.
