Any list without Brooks at LB has no credit.

I'd have a hard time just picking defensive backs. Just since the 1958 national championship you have Johnny Robinson, Jerry Stovall, Tommy Casanova and Mike Williams from the Dietzel-McClendon era. James Britt, Eugene Daniel, Liffort Hobley, Jeffrey Dale, Norman Jefferson, Chris Carrier, Greg Jackson, Corey Raymond, Tory James and Denard Walker from Stovall to Hallman. And then it gets even better from DiNardo through
Miles. There have been some serious quality players at DB for LSU.

The eras are so different that picking these teams has become almost totally pointless.
I plan on creating a "Post Your All-LSU Football Team from 1893-1925" thread sometime this spring.
From there, the ones for 1926-1950, 1951-1975, etc., should be a piece of cake.

Absolutely. I thought that I saw him mentioned. OL and OLB. Also was a good baseball player for the Tigers. Great athlete.
