Does anyone have a recommendations on a professional résumé writing service? I need to do a overhaul on my résumé and feel a professional writer could be a good investment. Need to go from my original post college resume to a mid level resume after being in the work force for 5-6 years.

I spent a couple years working on mine...so I researched it a lot and I've been helping people for a few years... I've considered opening a side business doing it since I enjoy helping people with them... I could probably find some time this week... you can pick any price after we are done ...

Any industry of expertise? I've always wanted to talk to someone for 30 minutes and let them draw something up.

no .... 90% of the resumes I see, including professionals' making 80k+, are just not very good at all... So many just lose sight of the big picture of what you are actually trying to accomplish with the document ... I think the format I would recommend would definitely vary based on the industry.... Of course some other things would vary like # of pages...

But for your information, I work in IT... and I think I remember that you do too ? so, for example, I like to see an easy to read bulleted block or table with a different type of formatting than the rest of the resume that works as a "list".... listing specific technologies that you have exp with...works real well...

Not in IT, in management, legal management to be precise. However i'm not committed to staying in the legal industry so need a resume that can sell me to other industries as well.

you may want to consider a few different versions, depending on what you are applying for...I'd be happy to take a look.
