I love some of his lyrics. He is very under rated IMHO.

He should have hit it big. He has like five or six songs I think are legitimately great.

I saw him twice in BR. The first time he was at Freds showed up way fricked up and like 2 hours late. All he had was a beat box.

The next time I saw him at the Spanish Moon and he had a 4 piece band. It was cool that he grew into that. Great fricking show.

Afroman is awesome. One of my personal favorites. Enjoy the hell out of that.

Here's my Afroman story:

Afroman, as many of you may or may not know, spent time in Hattiesburg, MS where he met his fellow bandmates.

In early 2000, one of my friends threw a houseparty and Afroman and company arrived, politely asking if they could perform a few jams. They plugged themselves into my friend's stereo and performed an impromptu concert in his living room. There were so many people inside bouncing that the whole floor was bending up and down.

Bonus: This was my wife of 11 years and my 3rd date, I believe.
