I don’t know if it’s just me, but I find the Chinese red pepper is hotter but not as persistent or cumulative, doesn’t buildup as much, which is perfect.

The Wamarts in the NOLA metro area have their version of it; it is very good.

Picked up 3 bottles last night at walmart. Has a pretty good kick to it. Haven't tried it in crawfish yet, will do tomorrow
