Question for Verizon Users

Is anybody else having issues with their cell data? Specifically speaking, on the west side of the river. When I’m at work, my phone will catch 4 bars and then dwindle down to 1 bar and go to “SOS only” mode eventually. I don’t know if it’s my phone or if there is a tower down. Curious if anybody else is having this issue?

Something has definitely changed in the past year or so. Verizon used to always work now I have a lot of bad service.

My wife had this happen. It was her sim card. Replaced it an d voila, issue solved.
