Tickets On Campus, day of? -- Been a few Years...

Used to buy tickets day of on campus all the time. Past few years I've not been to as many games and the ones I've been to, I've had tickets in hand.
With all the digital tickets now, how easy / difficult is it to buy tickets the day of on campus a couple hours before kickoff?
In the past, I would think it'd be super easy and not expensive for an 11AM kickoff, but maybe that's changed?

If you buy someone's mobile tickets good luck phone service if it's close to kickoff.
