Current analysis is that 159 Counties, SOS office and a State Board of Election is too many hands in the pot.

Board members making comment now.

One of the State Board Members saying no evidence has been give to GBI or them linking cell data to harvesting or any substantial harvesting claims.

Board chair (Republican) addressing suit case issue at State Farm and letting people know it didn’t happen and video proves it. Video still up on SOS website.

He watched movie. Knows Hans. Most points in movie don’t focus on Georgia. Georgia uses systems recommended by Movie. Can draw conclusions but any ballot submitted has to be a valid voter and ballot regardless of who drops it off and counted. Noted he has busted ballot harvesting.

Harvester votes treated the same and verified. Had to be requested, verified, properly requested. Harvested votes can be legal votes just improperly submitted.

Ballots only sent when legally requested.

True the Vote complaint update- SOS lawyer - subpoenas sent but haven’t received information from TTV. Some legitimate concerns on individual confidentiality. May have to go to court to get information from them and possible protections.

Whistleblower-State has no information about them from TTV. Can’t investigate without information. Courts only thing that can issue whistleblower protection.

Motions passed to enforce subpoenas.

Quick Redistricting has caused some local voting issues for early voting going on now.

Gwinnett Harvesting. 054 White Ford - Places 5 ballots, found tag, interviewed
Had 5 legal members in home. All got dropped.

This is permissible by law.

Gwinnett Harvesting 055 Red Car- 4 ballots placed all registered voters in home.

Cautioned all to not dox people but turn information over.

Gwinnett Harvesting - 056 - Black VW - got tag - He was legal voter. 2 votes and other was his mother. No violation.


AG Report - Spaulding county consent cases. A Redistricting issue from 2017 and some voter information disposed of improperly. Training to be provided to them.
