I hope everyone realizes that trial by jury is not going to go well.

What's worse is that the Judge likely would have found the same ruling

Police should strike in support but we all know they wont

I was thinking of this... in a case like this Potter case... in a jurisdiction like the 1 that the Potter case was in...

Would it be better to waive a jury trial in the hopes a judge who should better understand the law would rule on legal facts instead of emotion

I know it's a gamble
