also... the prosecutor will make sure the M.E. says repeatedly his listed manner of death is "homicide" even though a medical definition of homicide & legal definition of homicide are 2 completely different things


I get that; however Earl Grey got two state witnesses to admit that she was justified with her actions.

The State case is just so weak and playing the emotional game.

Maybe I am just too logical but the State is losing me with each additional witness.

Nick Rekieta just said the main thing here... this happens in courts every day in this country

essentially prosecutors run up the clock to drain the defendant's resources (i.e. running up the bill for the defense attorney... costing the defendant more money)
