i have had just about enough of the crying over this...tell me how many schools complain about being ranked 3rd in the country? and how about this...who cares if bama is ranked 1, 2, or 20,000...we play them in a few weeks and if we beat them their ranking means absolutely nothing cause correct me if i'm wrong but i doubt they'l be #2 anymore

I don't have a problem with the AP voters putting
Alabama at no. 2, but if they think Alabama is the second best team in America, then why did they drop Georgia below USC for losing to the no.2 team in the nation when USC lost to a lower or unranked team than did Georgia?

I enjoy discussing football with Tiger fans who can see reality, whether or not LSU is included in it. Some of you, though...jeez, you can't admit when a hated team MIGHT be better than us.

Having watched both teams, yes. I would say that AU is slightly better overall and WAY better defensively.

It doesn't change the fact that the crystal ball is the real deal and the only one everyone wants.
Show us just 1 instance in any media where the AP trophy is shown as THE one. Any instance where a team is wanting to "win the AP national championship." Please, this does not include the crybabys who whine when they don't have what it takes to be in the national championship game.
All of you who think the AP nat championship is anywhere near equal to the BCS are trying, foolishly, to polish a turd.
