They just have that one play - vaccines. They know lockdowns are both wildly unpopular and economically devastating.
They're going to be vaccinating newborns straight out of the womb in order to appear to be "doing something."

Time for another round of "stimulus" checks and $8 trillion dollar package to get everybody in the world a hazmat suit, and the remaining trillions will go to the Democrats. Joe's intern furiously tweeting "hazmat suits save lives, but you must wear your mask too for extra protection".
