They won't remove it, but you can't download YTTV at this time. You can get YouTube on Roku which lets you launch YTTV from within YouTube so a work around.

From what I can tell, as long as you have a device that already has the app on it, it will download it to new devices as you set them up. I’ve recently bought two new Roku TVs and YoutubeTV downloaded to them with no problem.
