No help but I use to work with this nearly blind old black guy that had been at the company longer than I had been alive. Loved the guy, best part of my day was hearing that old sack of shite bust balls

My x used to make an Emeril's sweet potato cheesecake. It was awesome. My therapist used to get me to say one good thing about that witch. It was the sweet potato cheesecake every time. Lol.

LDW&F has a recipe for Sweet Potato Pecan Pie in their Seafood and Wild Game Cookbook (1985) - this is always 1 of the pies that has become a tradition at my home for the Holidays
